# InterVest

InterVest is a Korean venture capital firm based in Seoul. We started in 1999 and we invest in technology and bio companies that aim for the global market.

## What we do

We back founders building deep tech and biotech businesses, mostly out of Korea but with the ambition to compete globally. The way we think about investing is fairly simple:

- We look for real technology, not a thin wrapper on top of someone else's stack.
- We prefer companies that can win outside Korea, not only inside it.
- We respect founder agency and avoid governance shortcuts.
- We like businesses with room to grow structurally, not just a one-time pop.
